Yes. English, Spanish, or Spanglish—you choose. I am fully fluent in all three and believe that healing happens best in the language that feels most at home to you in the moment. If you find yourself switching between languages to describe a feeling or a memory, please know that you are fully understood here. Aquí hablamos tu idioma, sea cual sea.

I accept secure online payments from major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, or mobile wallet payments. Payments are processed via Stripe.
I also offer a number of reduced-fee slots, or a sliding scale. I offer affordable services via the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, and my sliding scale ranges from $50-$80. Please reach out if you are in need. I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

I currently do not bill insurance. I do accept HSA/FSA cards. Or, I can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your "Out-of-Network Mental Health" benefits before our first session, if you are interested in using your insurance.

Because my approach is Person-Centered, the timeline is up to you. Some clients find that Solution-Focused work helps them reach their goals in 8–12 sessions, while others prefer the ongoing, steady support of long-term therapy to navigate the "mental load" of life. We will check in regularly to ensure the pace feels right for you.

All sessions are held online via a HIPAA-secure platform that works easily from your phone or laptop — no special downloads required

Yes — accessibility is central to my work. If you need a reduced fee, we can discuss this during your free consultation. You're welcome to share a brief explanation of your situation, and we'll work together to find something that works for both of us. I offer affordable counseling via the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, and my sliding scale ranges from $50-$80. If I'm unable to accommodate you, I'll help connect you with other resources or referrals.

All sessions are held via a secure video platform — you'll receive a link to connect with me at your scheduled appointment time, from wherever you are in Florida. You must be located in Florida, where I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor.

Yes! I work with women who identify as Latina, Latine, Latinx, or Hispanic. My practice is built around culturally attuned care that honors your background, your values, and the unique pressures of navigating life between cultures — in Florida.

As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, I am required by law to report certain situations to authorities. These include reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, or vulnerable adult abuse, and situations where there is a serious and imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.
I want to be honest with you about this — especially if you come from a community that has experienced harm, surveillance, or over-policing. I do not take these obligations lightly, and I will always try to talk with you first whenever it is safe and legally possible to do so. Reporting is never my first instinct; your safety and trust are.
If a situation ever arises where I am required to report, I will be transparent with you about what I am doing and why. You will not be left in the dark.
If you or someone you know needs support outside of a 911 response, here are some resources that center community care:
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988. Available in Spanish. Offers a non-police response option in many areas.
Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741. No phone call required.
BEAM (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective) — beam.community — mental health resources, healing circles, and training centered on Black and marginalized communities
Latinx Therapy — latinxtherapy.com — therapist directory and mental health resources for the Latinx community
National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network (NQTTCN) — nqttcn.com — healing justice resources and a therapist directory
The Trevor Project — thetrevorproject.org — crisis support for LGBTQ+ youth. Text START to 678-678.
Trans Lifeline — translifeline.org — peer support run by and for trans people. 877-565-8860.
You deserve care that sees your whole self — including your relationship with systems of power. This is a space where that conversation is always welcome.
